A career decision.
With room for what matters.
Follow a fictional client from a strengths discussion to two practical experiments. No account needed.
Meet Maya.
An operations manager considering product management. She wants more influence on what gets built, without losing sight of the life she needs her work to support.
- A strength, with evidence
- Analytical thinking. Maya redesigned a support handover after tracing where work was getting lost.
- A question for the session
- When does gathering more information help her decision—and when does it delay a useful experiment?
- Her perspective matters
- “I like structure, but I don’t need every project to follow a fixed process.” Her own examples refine the reading.
A follow-up conversation
In this fictional follow-up, Maya learns that she enjoys shaping product decisions more than owning delivery coordination. Her next step is to explore product-adjacent roles in her current organization.

Talk through your use caseWho is Career Clarity for?
Independent career coaches and advisers helping clients consider a role, employer, or career change. You bring the coaching relationship; Career Clarity provides assessment insight and a structure for the conversation.
Is this a new assessment?
The program uses PersonalityHQ’s existing Career Strengths assessment: 120 self-report statements covering 20 work facets and five systems. The new layer brings the client’s decision, experience, options, and next steps into the discussion.
What does the $99 package include?
The planned starter package includes five full client Career Strengths reports, personal assessment access for the professional, workspace access, discussion guidance, worksheets, and setup support. It is a one-time package, with no subscription. Contact us to discuss availability and setup before purchasing.
Does my client have to pay as well?
The starter package is designed for the professional to fund the client’s full report. A sponsored client should not need to pay a second time to open that report. We will confirm the invitation and activation process when arranging your setup.
Can a client use a report they already own?
The planned journey allows a client to share an eligible existing full Career Strengths report without using another sponsored-report credit. We will confirm compatibility and access as part of setup.
Who controls what is shared?
The client chooses which results to share with their professional. Personal reflections and coach-private notes are separate from shared material. The sample on this page uses a fictional client and contains no real personal data.
Will it tell someone which career to choose?
The assessment supports reflection on self-reported work patterns. It does not select a career or predict success in a role. Your client’s priorities, constraints, experience, and evidence about actual opportunities remain essential to the decision.
Are coaching sessions, Big Five, or 360 feedback included?
Your own coaching sessions are separate from the PersonalityHQ package. Big Five, multi-rater feedback, and AI coaching are not included in this initial offer. The focus is Career Strengths, a useful discussion, and practical follow-through.
